Keep your home sparkling year-round with our 8-weekly window cleaning service. We thoroughly clean frames, sills, and glass—ideal for regular home maintenance. Price depends on property size.

How It Works

Step 1: Enquire.

Reach our on Facebook or complete the quote form. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours to book a quote & patch test visit.

Step 2: Quote & Patch Test.

We’ll come out to inspect the job, carry out a small patch test if needed, and provide a clear quote on the spot.

Step 3: Get Booked In.

Once you're happy with the quote, we’ll agree on a date and confirm everything by text or email. No upfront payment required.

Step 4: Cleaning Day.

We’ll text you the week & the night before. We turn up on the day with our own supply of water & complete the job agreed too.

Step 5: Aftercare & Payment.

We’ll send you an invoice, offer any care advice, and book you in for a regular window clean if required. Feedback will be requested.

Step 6: Yearly Reminder.

Twelve months after your clean, we’ll send you a reminder to rebook. A discount will be applied for this visit.

Terms Of Service

  • Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed. You’ll receive an invoice via text or email with payment options (bank transfer, card, etc.).

  • Yes — a 10% late fee is added to overdue invoices after 2 days. We always send a reminder before this happens.

  • Yes — customers who rebook yearly services receive a loyalty discount on their next clean. We'll also remind you when it’s time to rebook.

  • While we cannot guarantee an exact appointment time or that the job will be complete on the day, our reliable track record is reflected in our customer reviews. Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, illness, traffic delays, or extended time on a previous job may require us to cancel or reschedule. If this happens, we will always notify you promptly and do our best to minimise any inconvenience while maintaining a high standard of service.

  • Not at all. As long as we have access to the property and have a safe path around the property, we can complete the job while you're out. We’ll send photos when we’re done if requested.

  • Yes - A deep clean is required for your first window clean visit to tackle have heavy grime, stubborn stains, or build-up that a regular clean may not fully remove. It involves extra time, specialised products, and tools to restore brightness and prolong the life of your windows. After the initial deep clean, regular maintenance visits typically don’t require this additional treatment.

  • We no longer offer one-off window cleans unless booked alongside an additional service such as cladding, soffits, fascia, or gutter cleaning. This ensures the best results and value by combining treatments for your home’s exterior.

  • Life happens! Just give us at least 48 hours' notice and we’ll happily rearrange. For last-minute cancellations or no-shows, a £30 call-out fee may apply.

  • If the weather makes it unsafe or ineffective to carry out your service (like high winds or heavy rain or excessive sun), we’ll contact you to reschedule at no extra cost.

  • We conduct a thorough safety check and handle all ladders and equipment with great care. If we identify any fragile or vulnerable surfaces during the quote visit, we will clearly point them out. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any pre-existing damage.
