We work Monday to Friday, with cleans typically scheduled between 8am and 4pm.

We primarily serve Sittingbourne and the Isle of Sheppey, focusing on new-build estates developed within the last 20 years. While our regular window cleaning rounds are exclusive to these areas, we do offer one-off cleaning services to homes outside of this criteria where possible.

We offer an 8-weekly window cleaning schedule for regular maintenance. This helps keep your home looking fresh year-round without the need for constant booking.

Every window clean includes glass, frames, and sills — all cleaned by hand using traditional methods. No splash-and-go.

For window cleaning, quotes are usually provided online. For all other services (like gutter clearing or exterior washing), we prefer to quote in person so we can assess the job properly.

We send a text message with your invoice on the day of the clean. You can pay by bank transfer or cash — whichever suits you best.

No deposit is required to book your clean. We trust our customers — and just ask that payment is made on the day.

We apply a £10 late payment fee for invoices not settled within 24 hours, to help keep things fair and running smoothly.
